Tomorrow is the first ever Pasty Festival Day in Redruth.. and to mark the occasion CMR has appropriated the window of the (sadly) empty former arts and graphics shop on Redruth high street, installing a work to link 4 weeks 33 hours to the festival. John Cage inserted screws, bolts and pieces of rubber between the strings of the piano to alter the sounds, and we have prepared our own piano strings specially for the festival by inserting pieces of pasty crust or 'crimp', instead.
CMR welcomes visitors tomorrow 2-5pm
