TR-FIFTEEN
Fri/Sat/Sun 15, 16, 17 and 22, 23, 24 June, 12 - 5pm
There will be an opening social event on the evening of Saturday 16 June between 5pm – 9pm, which will be followed by the gig at Gaslights from 9.15pm - all welcome. TR-Fifteen has a simple manifesto and that is to show the work of a selection of contemporary artists working in Redruth today. Rather than a historically charged survey of the area this is an opportunity to embrace the present and showcase the work of some extremely exciting artists working within the TR15 postcode.
The show will feature works from sound installation artist Dom Allen, painters Chris Anthem and Charmaine Honeychurch, installations from Liam Jolly, Lee McIntyre and Alice Mahoney plus sculptural interventions from artist George Meyrick and more. Read more... |

About CMR
__Based in a spacious three story building in Back Lane West, Redruth,
Cornwall Media Resource will re-launch in March 2012 and be known simply
as CMR.
CMR is an artist-led initiative designed to create a community of artists who will exhibit and flourish within this three storey building. It is a voluntary-run organisation and project. We aim to be all inclusive; we aim to encourage adventurous work that will respond and challenge not only to CMR’s various spaces but also the broader Contemporary Art landscape of Cornwall.
